TRAVEL WITH MONEY
Credit card withdrawals are generally the easiest and best way to get money while travelling. But as you’ll not find them everywhere, bring with you also some traveller’s cheques and cash.
Take a Credit card and a Debit Card.
It’s also practical to have an online bank account, in order to check and transfer money from abroad. Always be careful from which computer you are doing the operation. Don’t forget traveller’s cash cards.
While you are travelling, it’s generally best to think in local currency, rather than to try to convert every price or transaction.
Here are a couple of sources for exchange rates and conversions for a wide range of world currencies.
www.oanda.comCurrency Tools
www.xe.com Interactive Currency Table
Both websites make conversion easy, and allow you to print useful lists of exchange rates.
